中国检验检疫科学研究院进全球商品质量追溯平台由中国检验检疫科学研究院（以下简称：中心）研制开发的，仅为合法进口食品、化妆品等提供溯源管理服务的第三方追溯系统。该平台自2018年1月25日开始上线运行，进口商品通过平台溯源管理+最小销售包装加贴CAIQ溯源标签的模式，实现进口商品“一品一证”、“一证一码”、“随机生成”、“不可复制”，中国检科院综合检测中心品牌全程护航，为消费者识别和选购合法进口商品提供简便有效的方式。

中心成立于2010年，是由中编办国家事业单位登记管理局批准，中国检验检疫科学研究院举办的事业单位，也是一家集检测、培训、注册备案等服务为一体的第三方检测机构。

中心于2017年全资成立检科测试集团（以下简称：集团），集团除在北京、上海、郑州、兰州设立独资及控股子公司外，还在杭州、广州、深圳、西安等国家区域中心城市参与检测机构整合，在北美、澳州及欧洲设有海外办事处，并在新西兰建立海外合作实验室，在全球范围内更深层次提供技术服务，更好地适应市场需求，服务国内外广大客户。

The CAIQTEST was established in 2010. It is approved by the China State Establishment Registration Administration and is organized by the China Academy of Inspection and Quarantine. It is also a third-party testing organization which integrates testing, training and registration institute.

In 2017, the CAIQTEST wholly established the Inspection and Testing Group (hereinafter referred to as the Group). Apart from establishing wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhengzhou and Lanzhou, the Group also participates in the integration of testing institutions in regional central cities such as Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Xi'an. The Group sets up overseas offices in North America, Australia and Europe, and establishs overseas cooperative laboratories in New Zealand. The Group provides technical services at a deeper level on a global scale to better meet market demand and serve customers at home and abroad.
