China Academy of inspection and quarantine import cosmetics traceability platform is developed by the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Comprehensive Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as the “CAIQTEST”). Being the third-party traceability system, the platform only provides traceability management services for the legal import of foodstuffs and cosmetics. The platform began running on the line since January 25, 2018, the import of goods through the platform traceability Management + minimum sales packaging with CAIQTEST Traceability label sticker, the realization of imported goods “one product, one certificate”, “one certificate, one code”, "Random generation" and "no duplication". The brand of CAIQTEST is escorted all the time. It provides a simple and effective way for consumers to identify and purchase the lawful imported goods of the registered enterprises in China.
The CAIQTEST was established in 2010. It is approved by the China State Establishment Registration Administration and is organized by the China Academy of Inspection and Quarantine. It is also a third-party testing organization which integrates testing, training and registration institute.
In 2017, the CAIQTEST wholly established the Inspection and Testing Group (hereinafter referred to as the Group). Apart from establishing wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhengzhou and Lanzhou, the Group also participates in the integration of testing institutions in regional central cities such as Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Xi'an. The Group sets up overseas offices in North America, Australia and Europe, and establishs overseas cooperative laboratories in New Zealand. The Group provides technical services at a deeper level on a global scale to better meet market demand and serve customers at home and abroad.
